Orbella identified a gap in the motor vehicle accident process specifically for taxi drivers, who found their livelihood interrupted while they were working through the lengthy claims process. The aim was to establish themselves as the 'go to' place for taxi drivers after the car accident, where Orbella takes care of the entire claims process, while providing the driver with high end repairs service and a replacement luxury vehicle.
